Customer Success Specialist SaaS Property Management

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Feufo Inc. As a key member of our customer success team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their goals and maximize the value of our SaaS Property Management solutions.
**Responsibilities:**
- Take ownership of customer relationships, providing proactive support and guidance to ensure seamless onboarding and adoption of our SaaS Property Management solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate setup requirements and ensure timely delivery of customer onboarding.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of customer onboarding.
- Provide training and support to customers, ensuring they are equipped to maximize the value of our solutions.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer success strategies and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and product development teams.
**Requirements:**
- 2+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in a SaaS company.
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience with customer support tools, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk.
- Self-motivated and disciplined, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in a sales or business development role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Associate degree or equivalent.
