">Key Responsibilities
">- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets of loan disbursals, focusing on quality and quantity.">
- Maintain strong relationships with manufacturing teams and work closely with them to identify business opportunities.">
- Create business plans and develop strategies for further growth of the business in your area.">
- Ensure presence at all potential dealerships and outlets to build strong relationships with key channel partners/dealers.">
- Monitor schemes, timely dealer payouts, training, and manage Sales Executives to optimize business performance.">
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need:
">- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, management).">
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the financial services industry.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.">
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify business opportunities and develop effective solutions.">
- Familiarity with sales processes and procedures, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion.">
