  • Process of LAP Micro Housing loan by assessing income through personal discussions and field visits
  • Tracking and ensuring repayment of loans disbursed
  • Leading a high-performing team to achieve set targets and objectives
  • Generating and converting leads for existing customers requiring LAP housing finance
