Office Manager
About the Role- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Supervise front desk staff and coordinate with internal teams for guest meetings.
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails with discretion.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably with a background in hospitality or management.
A minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience in office management, front desk operations, or administrative support is required. Prior exposure to high-touch guest-facing roles is preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with internal teams for appointments, meetings, and events.
- Oversee maintenance, cleaning, and system checks.
- Negotiate service contracts and track vendor performance.
- Prepare travel itineraries and coordinate logistics.
- Ensure five-star cleanliness and service at all times.
