Executive Office Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to join our Founder's Executive Office. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communication & Correspondence:
    • Serve as the first point of contact for calls, emails, and communication on behalf of the Director.
    • Draft, edit, and review reports, presentations, and key documents.
    • Ensure timely and professional responses.
  • Project Assistance:
    • Support ongoing projects by gathering information, tracking progress, and coordinating with stakeholders.
    • Conduct research and provide analysis for decision-making.
    • Write content for various aspects, including social media, whenever required.
  • Travel Arrangements:
    • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics.
  • Ad-hoc Support:
    • Take on additional responsibilities to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, G-Suite, scheduling tools, and document management systems.
  • Strong professionalism, confidentiality, and business etiquette.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Research and Content writing capabilities.
