We are seeking a professional to manage the front office area at our organization.
Key responsibilities include greeting and welcoming guests, managing incoming and outgoing calls, maintaining the reception area, and providing administrative support.
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, transfer calls to concerned departments, and take accurate messages.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is presentable, organized, and well-stocked with necessary materials.
- Coordinate visitor check-ins, maintain visitor records, and issue passes if required.
- Handle courier services, incoming/outgoing mail, and deliveries.
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments, managing meeting room bookings, and assisting in office coordination.
This role requires excellent communication skills in English. A pleasant personality, professional appearance, and customer-centric approach are essential.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and have strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience as a Front Office Executive / Receptionist, preferably in a corporate or luxury environment, is desired.
