As a Front Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, stakeholders and employees. You will be the face of our company, and your role is to create a welcoming yet professional image.

  • Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Answer phones promptly and handle company inquiries with professionalism.
  • Sort and distribute mail in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate facility activities with ease.

In addition, you will be responsible for building great impressions and experiences for our clients and stakeholders. This includes creating a positive and professional atmosphere in our office, handling issues and complaints with integrity, and maintaining high levels of customer service.

You will also be responsible for keeping a well-oiled workplace by working together with the facilities management team to ensure that clients, vendors and employees enjoy a safe and positive experience.

This includes booking meeting rooms, managing office supplies inventory, handling paperwork on maintenance-related activities, updating the phone directory and company brochures, and assisting the facilities management team in overseeing contractors on-site and finding vendors and services.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also be organized, proactive and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
