Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Back Office Coordinator to manage client databases, process bookings, and support front office staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate client records
- Assist with processing bookings and travel itineraries in a timely manner
- Support front office staff by providing necessary information and resources
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for efficient delivery
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Generate reports and maintain documentation for internal tracking purposes
