Details:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Back Office Executive with prior experience in the financial services industry, preferably in mutual funds and investment operations. The role involves managing back-office operations, handling transactions, ensuring compliance, maintaining records, and providing operational support to enhance efficiency and accuracy in day-to-day processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day back-office operations for mutual funds, SIPs, redemptions, and switches.

Process client transactions, verify documents, and ensure accurate data entry into systems.

Coordinate with registrars, fund houses, banks, and internal departments for smooth operations.

Reconcile client portfolios, transaction reports, and maintain error-free records.

Identify and resolve operational discrepancies, ensuring timely escalation where necessary.

Prepare and review MIS reports and dashboards for management.

Mentor junior back-office executives and assist in process improvements.

Key Skills & Competencies:

knowledge of mutual funds, financial markets, and investment products.

Hands-on experience with transaction processing, reconciliations, and reporting.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and financial software/CRM systems.

Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and coordination skills (verbal & written).

Ability to handle large volumes of data with accuracy and efficiency
