Job Opening: Back Office Operations Executive

We are looking for a smart, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Back Office Operations Executive at Mid-Senior positions.

Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 4 to 5 years

Qualification: Graduate from any stream

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative and operational support activities
  • Coordinate internally across departments to support operational tasks
  • Handle professional email correspondence using Outlook
  • Oversee day to day provision supply management operations for assigned vessels – RFQ, Quote Comparison, PO, follow-up with vessel, follow-up with vendors.
  • Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and ensure efficient budget utilization.
  • Coordinate with vessels/clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Implement quality control standards to maintain high levels of service and compliance.
  • Supervise team members and provide guidance on catering and inventory procedures.
  • Assign / Allocate the work between team members
  • Check E-mails and attend to them on a priority basis according to the requirement of Clients.
  • Negotiation with supplier to get better deals.
  • Update all records for each and every orders.
  • Having complete knowledge of all office routine works

Candidate Requirements:

  • Graduates in any discipline
  • Total 4–5 years of experience including 2-3 years experience as Team Leader or similar position to handle the team and administrative role
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Smart, hardworking, and self-driven
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the Shipping or Catering industry (of any nature)
