Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for the role of Senior Back Office Executive. The role involves managing and overseeing efficient back office operations, including coordination with other teams, data entry, documentation, and record-keeping. Additional responsibilities include providing administrative support, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and assisting with sales and finance-related tasks to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Back Office Operations and Office Operations
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with Sales processes and strategies
  • Knowledge and understanding of Finance-related operations
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in administrative tools, databases, and MS Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
