Job Title: Executive Coordinator

We seek a highly organized and skilled professional to oversee day-to-day office operations. This role requires effective management of multiple tasks, prioritization, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage maintenance, security, and upkeep of the office premises.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding administrative matters.
  • Coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Oversee office supplies stock and order replenishments.
  • Procure, distribute, and manage inventory control of office equipment, furniture, and supplies.
  • Manage floor plan and allocate seating and ID cards.
  • Coordinate cafeteria management and overall office security.
  • Manage outdoor activities of office personnel.
  • Collaborate with HODs on administrative matters.
  • Process bills, track payments, and reconcile with vendors quarterly.
  • Maintain accurate records of administrative activities.
  • Manage services according to contract scope.
  • Manage vendors, assets, and events.
  • Prepare and send regular MIS reports.
