Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and motivated MICE Executive Manager to plan manage and execute MICE projects end-to-end The ideal candidate has strong event management expertise excellent vendor client handling skills and a deep understanding of the travel hospitality ecosystem Key Responsibilities - Plan coordinate and execute MICE events domestic and international - Handle client briefs and convert them into creative logistical proposals - Liaise with hotels DMCs travel agents vendors and on-ground teams - Coordinate all aspects of travel and hospitality including ticketing visas logistics accommodation meals and transfers - Budget planning cost negotiations and vendor finalization - On-site event management including setup registrations show flow and crisis handling - Prepare post-event reports and documentation - Maintain strong client and partner relationships - Stay updated on MICE trends tech tools and destination updates Required Skills Qualifications - 4-5 years experience in MICE or large-scale corporate event planning - Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills - Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities - Willingness to travel domestic and international - Proficiency in MS Office Excel PPT Google Workspace and basic budgeting tools ref updazz com
