We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
The role involves managing the Founder's calendar, meetings, and daily schedule, as well as acting as a key link between the Founder and internal teams.
Requirements- 3–7 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy: Google Workspace, Excel, Slack, Trello/Asana (or quick to learn new tools)
- Strong sense of ownership, discretion, and problem-solving ability
You'll work directly with the Founder and gain front-row exposure to decision-making in a fast-scaling start-up.
This role is not just about coordination – it's about being the person who makes things move.
