Job Title: Proposal Coordinator

At our company, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Proposal Coordinator to lead and manage large, complex multi-tower IT services bids. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to coordinate across multiple business units and group entities to ensure seamless bid execution.

Job Description:

The Senior Bid Manager will be responsible for leading and managing large, complex multi-tower IT services bids, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple business units and group entities. This includes driving end-to-end bid processes, including planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality proposals. Additionally, the Bid Manager will supervise and mentor Junior Bid Managers and collaborate with Bid Managers from other entities to ensure consistent and effective bid responses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage large, complex multi-tower IT services bids, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple business units and group entities.
  • Drive end-to-end bid processes, including planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality proposals.
  • Supervise and mentor Junior Bid Managers and collaborate with Bid Managers from other entities to ensure consistent and effective bid responses.
  • Align work schedules with stakeholders across different time zones to ensure timely communication and delivery.
  • Engage in presales activities, supporting business development through strategic proposal creation and client interactions.
  • Prepare comprehensive responses to RFPs, RFIs, and public notices, ensuring compliance and alignment with client expectations.
