Job Title

A specialist is required to manage proposals in the US Federal Government Contracting sector.

  • This role involves coordinating proposal writing and bid management processes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Proposal management: Develop, coordinate, and implement effective proposal strategies.
  • Bid management: Manage the bid process from start to finish, ensuring timely submission of high-quality bids.
  • Capture management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing capture plans to secure contracts.
Requirements

Applicants must have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in pre-sales and proposal writing for IT services or staffing companies.
  • Strong knowledge of US Federal government contracting regulations, including FAR and DFARS.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare compelling proposals and presentations.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience working with RFP/RFQ/RFI management tools and platforms.
  • Familiarity with federal procurement regulations and contract vehicles, such as GWACs and GSA Platform.
