
Federal Government Contracts Specialist

The ideal candidate will provide support for federal government contracts in compliance, reporting, and administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Contract Management:
- Review federal contract documents, task orders, and amendments to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Identify and summarize applicable clauses and obligations.
- Support subcontractor due diligence and document flow-down clauses.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare compliance trackers, audit files, and status reports for stakeholders.
- Support U.S. reporting obligations (eSRS, FSRS, subcontracting plans, EEO/OFCCP reporting).
- Maintain organized contract repositories and document management systems.
- Audit & Monitoring Support:
- Assist with internal reviews and external audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA).
- Track deliverables, certifications, and contract obligations for timely compliance.
- Proposal & Pre-Award Support:
- Review solicitations for relevant clauses and prepare compliance matrices.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure compliance during proposal processes.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Support:
- Coordinate with contracts, compliance, legal, and procurement teams.
- Provide data, documentation, and insights as requested.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Political Science, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in contracts, compliance, or coordinating with legal teams.
Familiarity with compliance areas (EEO, Service Contract Act, export controls, cybersecurity requirements).
Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and contract management tools.
