Job Role: US Federal Contracts Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Review & Compliance: Ensure adherence to FAR, DFARS, and related requirements.
  • Support subcontractor due diligence and communicate required flow-down clauses.
  • Prepare compliance trackers, audit files, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Audit & Monitoring Support: Track deliverables, certifications, and contract obligations to ensure timely compliance.

Proposal & Pre-Award Support: Review solicitations (RFPs/RFQs) for relevant FAR/DFARS clauses and prepare compliance matrices and checklists.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Political Science, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in contracts, compliance, or coordinating with legal teams on contract terms, clauses, and risk.
  • Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, and U.S. federal contracting principles.
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and contract management tools (e.g., SharePoint, SAP Ariba, Deltek Costpoint).
