Job Title

Proposal Specialist - Enhanced Tender Response Expertise.

  • Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Specialist to lead our enhanced tender response efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of customer and consultant specifications, as well as the ability to create compelling proposal documents that showcase our value proposition.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer and Consultant Specification Analysis: Understand customer and consultant requirements, identifying key areas for differentiation and ensuring our proposals accurately reflect our capabilities and added value.
  2. Proposal Development: Create high-quality proposal documents that align with customer and consultant specifications, highlighting our unique selling points and demonstrating how we can deliver exceptional results.
  3. Embedded Engineering Support: Provide technical support to customers and consultants during proposal development, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the process.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, project management, commercial, finance, legal, service, and logistics, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and develop effective proposal strategies.
  5. Compliance and Regulatory Expertise: Ensure all proposal submissions meet or exceed regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of compliance and accuracy.
  6. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Regulatory Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards, ensuring all proposal submissions meet or exceed regulatory expectations.
