1 Contract Duration 1 year 2 Location Mumbai only not Bengaluru 3 Shift Time 11 am or 12 pm IST to 8 pm or 9 pm IST 4 Years of experience required 3-5 years 5 Must to have skills 1 Good Communications skills 2 Asset Management industry knowledge 3 Asset class knowledge 4 Basic Excel Word knowledge 6 Good to have skills 1 Application knowledge of Qvidian Loopio RFPIO Any such proposal applications 2 Database knowledge like eVestment Mercer Morningstar PSN WTW 7 WFO Hybrid 4 days WFO 1 WFH 8 Laptop Yes No for WFH Good if they have it or it will be provided by the Firm 9 Acceptable Notice Period Preferred 30 days Can accommodate up to 60 days No 90 days notice Please exclude Acuity We are looking for career-minded professionals with a global perspective to join the Mumbai based Business Development Services team as a Consultant Database Specialist The role specifically supports the completion and maintenance of strategy and fund information across asset classes in global and regional consultant databases Consultant Database Specialists work with firm systems databases and resources to source quantitative and qualitative data complete drafts for review by investment strategy specialists and help maintain strategy language in our internal database Members work in a fast paced collaborative team environment The successful candidate should have experience in or knowledge of the investment management industry experience with consultant databases eVestment OMNI Mercer Morningstar Albourne PSN- Informa Investmetrics WTW etc and Qvidian Loopio any additional proposal softwares Key Responsibilities Work closely with a dedicated team of professionals whose primary responsibilities are to ensure that consultant and third-party database strategy and fund profiles are completed accurately and in a timely manner to meet consultant deadlines Complete questionnaires databases by compiling existing language from the content management system setting up strategy profiles reviewing quantitative data for accuracy and reviewing documents to ensure that the final product is high quality and error-free Coordinate with Investment teams and other responsible teams to review and add responses to consultant databases Contribute to ongoing quality and efficiency improvements Collaborate with global Business Development teams located in North America Europe and Asia to ensure that database responses are consistent with responses provided for RFPs and DDQs Key Skills Working knowledge of investment management industry Good Communication skills Excellent project and time management skills Superior writing editing and proofreading skills Ability to focus on small details while maintaining larger picture Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver outstanding work products under tight deadlines Position Requirements Bachelor s degree Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel Experience with Qvidian Loopio any additional proposal softwares preferred Minimum of 3 years and Maximum of 5 years of industry experience Key attributes include commitment team spirit and collaboration Notice period should be 30 - 60 days not 90 days Level Associate
