Executive Search Specialist

We are seeking an individual to join our team as an Executive Search Specialist. As a specialist in this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research into various industries and talent pools, leveraging analytical thinking and relationship-building skills to drive business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong curiosity and the ability to ask insightful questions, along with excellent time management and prioritization skills. You will work closely with partners to manage complex search assignments from inception to completion, evaluating candidates based on multiple dimensions using a scientific approach and tools.

  • This includes conducting market research and creating compelling client proposals to support business development efforts.
  • You will also maintain and nurture relationships with clients and candidates, fostering authentic and meaningful engagement throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct deep-dive research into specific industries, companies, and talent pools.
  2. Evaluate candidates based on multiple dimensions using our scientific approach and tools.
  3. Maintain and nurture relationships with both clients and candidates.
  4. Support business development by creating compelling client proposals and conducting market research.
