Office Manager Position

Job Overview:

The Office Manager will oversee the coordination and implementation of office setup projects across various locations in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, negotiate and finalize office premises in conjunction with management teams.
  • Select, manage vendor contracts for furniture, IT infrastructure, utilities and facilities services.
  • Oversee civil, electrical and IT work during setup to ensure timely delivery of office operations.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements, safety protocols and environmental considerations.
  • Monitor budgets and expenses related to office establishment.
  • Liaise with internal teams, external agencies and landlords for smooth project execution.
  • Establish facility management processes for post-setup operations and maintenance.
  • Maintain asset records and ensure efficient resource utilization.
  • Support HR and administrative needs for new branch operations, including travel arrangements and housekeeping services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in administration, human resources, IT infrastructure audits, vendor management and office administration.
