We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to lead the design, architecture, and integration of the ServiceNow platform.

This role involves translating business requirements into EPICs, Features, and Stories, providing functional leadership for the proposed solution, and ensuring alignment with ServiceNow best practices and standards.

Candidates must possess a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and integrations with third-party technologies, exhibit strong leadership in technical and functional consultations, and champion innovation and quality across all projects.

Key qualifications include:

  • 10-15 years of experience in designing, implementing, or consulting on ServiceNow solutions
  • Expertise in ServiceNow Product suites, CPQ concepts, Sales and Order Management SOM For Telecom, CSDM, CMDB, Customer Service Management CSM, IT Service Management ITSM, Telecom Service Management TSM, Telecommunication Network Inventory TNI, and Telecom background with OSS/BSS knowledge and preferably B2B business
  • Experience in Domain Separation and ITSM application, as well as extensive experience across the ServiceNow core platform components, security, performance, and compliance
  • Extensive experience in third-party integration, REST, SOAP, Other methods Integration Hub, and ServiceBridge/Ebonding

Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Implementation Specialist (CIS) and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Developer (CAD), as well as exceptional leadership skills, CxO Interactions, Presentation, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will build solution proposals and define the scope of overall ServiceNow solutions, ensure collaboration and implementation standards, provide technical consultation and leadership, participate in integration and automation designing, and maintain quality assurance and documentation.
