Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design, development, implementation, and support of ServiceNow solutions to enhance business processes across IT and HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop ServiceNow modules including ITOM (Discovery, CMDB) and HRSD.
  • Implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
  • Develop and manage integrations using REST, SOAP, and other ServiceNow APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  • Ensure solutions align with ITIL and Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for ServiceNow applications.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development & administration experience.
  • Proven expertise in ITOM (Discovery, CMDB) and HRSD modules.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and APIs.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow Studio.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and ITIL framework.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM/HRSD.
  • Experience in domain separation, multi-tenant environments, or large-scale implementations.
  • Exposure to HR integrations (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
