Job Title: ServiceNow Consultant

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a ServiceNow consultant. As a seasoned expert in designing, implementing, and customizing ServiceNow solutions, particularly in Customer Service Management (CSM), you will be responsible for driving business outcomes through effective solution delivery.

  • Develop and implement CSM module configurations to meet client needs.
  • Utilize scripting in the ServiceNow platform using JS Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Angular JS, and Jelly to enhance system functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and pain points, ensuring seamless integration and delivery.
  • Design and deliver training sessions for end-users, equipping them with the necessary knowledge to utilize the ServiceNow platform effectively.
  • Perform thorough system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing their queries and issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in IT and ServiceNow.
  • Extensive experience across the ServiceNow core platform security, performance, and compliance.
  • Proficient in third-party integration, REST, SOAP, and other methods.
  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • ServiceNow CMDB, Agent workspace, and virtual assistant.
  • Implementation of ITSM module.
  • Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
