Job Title:

Achieve Excellence in ServiceNow Development

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Design & Implementation:
    • Design and develop scalable, efficient ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
    • Translate functional specifications into technical design documents and implement solutions aligned with platform best practices.
  • Technical Leadership & Guidance:
    • Provide expert guidance to junior developers, reviewing code for quality, standards adherence, and performance optimization.
    • Recommend and implement effective ServiceNow configuration approaches to meet business needs efficiently.
  • Module Development & Enhancements:
    • Lead development activities for new module implementations, upgrades, and major enhancements.
    • Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers as needed.
  • Testing & Deployment Management:
    • Develop and execute unit tests; support QA and UAT cycles by resolving defects in a timely manner.
    • Participate in code promotions and deployments across environments ensuring minimal impact to operations.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:
    • Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical design documents, configuration guides, and support documentation.
    • Share knowledge with team members and contribute to the ServiceNow development standards library.
  • Continuous Improvement & Support:
    • Identify and implement opportunities for platform optimization and automation.
    • Provide advanced technical support for incidents, root cause analysis, and resolution for complex issues escalated by sustain teams.
