Technical ServiceNow Analyst Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing, configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules based on best practices.

  • Apply technical knowledge to drive outcomes for customers
  • Design solutions within the core framework of software products
  • Participate in low-level design for the product area
  • Design, build and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules
  • Assist in the design, configuration, customization, development and testing of ServiceNow applications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing ServiceNow applications and modules
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and gather requirements
  • Ensuring data quality under the guidance of a senior team member or manager
  • Participating in quality assurance testing and debugging of ServiceNow applications
  • Staying current with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, including application development, configuration and customization
  • Solid understanding of databases
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and other web development technologies
  • Familiarity with ITIL and IT service management principles
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
