We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in ServiceNow to drive business efficiency across IT and HR functions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions
  • Design and support ServiceNow architecture and APIs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements
  • Provide expert-level technical support and training
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration
  • Proven expertise in ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, CMDB), and HRSD modules
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and APIs
  • Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide), integration (REST/SOAP), and ServiceNow Studio
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and ITIL framework
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM/ITOM/HRSD
  • Experience with domain separation, multi-tenant environments, or large-scale ServiceNow implementations
  • Exposure to HR integrations with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms
