About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our team as a ServiceNow Expert. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow's Customer Service Management (CSM) module.

The selected candidate will work closely with technical teams to define integrations with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow. They will also be responsible for providing ongoing support to end-users, addressing their queries and issues related to the ServiceNow platform and modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement solutions using ServiceNow's CSM module
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow's Agent Workspace and virtual assistant
  • Implement ITSM module and provide support to end-users
  • Collaborate with teams to understand requirements and pain points
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow core platform
  • Proficient in ServiceNow CMDB, Agent Workspace, and virtual assistant
  • Implementation experience with ITSM module
  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications a plus
