Job Title: ServiceNow Professional.

As a highly skilled technical expert, you will be involved in the design, development, and support of technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will provide leadership in administration, application development, integration with other IT services, maintenance, and technical support using best practice web programming techniques to create robust solutions for utilizing the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close all technical tasks related to configuration and implementation of ServiceNow.
  • Provide software development and customization including screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third party software integrations, and custom application development.
  • Analyze business requirements to propose sustainable solutions in ServiceNow.
  • Coordinate and solve complex technical data and transformation issues.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow Applications development or Product implementation.
  • Expert in Service Now administration, configuration, and development (ITSM, CMDB, KB).
  • Expert in developing ServiceNow Business Rules, Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, ServiceNow client and server-side scripting.
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules like PPM, CSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITSM is an added advantage.
  • Responsible for the technical specification and implementation of the Service Now integration with 3rd party tools/systems.
  • Expertise Web Services integrations (SOAP, REST), Scripted REST API's.

Essential Qualification:

  • Certified System Admin Passport is mandatory.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
