Requirements

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow HAM Pro / HAM / SLTN Developer with 4–5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, specializing in Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management, and CMDB. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Catalog Development, scripting, and customizing HAM workflows. This role also involves creating client scripts, developing custom modules, troubleshooting code, and integrating third-party tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist with a focus on ITOM, ITAM, and HAM.

  • Develop and customize core ServiceNow modules including Hardware/Software Asset Management, CMDB, Service Catalog, Idea, Demand, Project Portfolio Management, and CMS.

  • Design and implement flow designers and catalog items.

  • Write and manage Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Macros, and UI Pages.

  • Customize and streamline HAM workflows.

  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing ServiceNow code and workflows.

  • Develop and maintain external integrations using SOAP/REST web services and ServiceNow Integration Hub.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, unit test cases, and defect logs.

  • Implement small enhancements and bug fixes efficiently.

  • Support LDAP integrations and other system connections.

  • Follow and support ITIL process implementations.

  • Apply SaFe Agile Methodology in daily tasks and project execution.

  • Deliver cost-effective and well-documented technical solutions within ServiceNow.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

  • Strong experience in:

    • Flow Designer development

    • Catalog development

    • JavaScript and Server-side scripting (GlideRecord optimization)

    • Creating and customizing client scripts, business rules, and workflows

  • Proven experience in developing custom modules and solutions in ServiceNow.

  • Expertise in ServiceNow APIs and Integration Hub.

  • Experience with Content Management Systems, Portal Development, and ServiceNow Workspace Builder.

  • Familiarity with Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and LDAP integration.

  • Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies and ServiceNow best practices.

  • Experience in JavaScript, ReactJS, JSON, SQL/MySQL (Fullstack experience preferred).

Preferred Skills:

  • Fullstack development background

  • Experience working with Agile/SaFe Agile teams

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
