Job Title: ServiceNow Architect

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across our enterprise.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, modules, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead sprint cycles, allocating dev stories to developers, resolving queries and unblocking tasks. Manage the agile process from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with platform owners to prioritize backlogs.
  • Capture dev stories, work with teams to plan delivery strategies.
  • Ensure hands-on technical knowledge of ITSM best practices; GRC is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a scrum master/agile delivery professional with depth in ServiceNow.
  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions.
  • Define and maintain ServiceNow platform standards, architecture, and governance.
  • Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
  • Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and new features.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including 3+ years in an architect role.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing workflows, business rules, and integrations.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and CIS in one or more modules.
  • Experience with scripting languages and web technologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
