Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and best practices to drive digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sprint cycles, allocating dev stories to developers, helping with queries or unblocking issues, and full management of the agile process.
  • Capture dev stories and plan delivery with teams.
  • Hold hands-on technical knowledge of best practice for ITSM module; GRC is a plus.
  • Be an experienced scrum master/agile delivery professional with in-depth ServiceNow experience.
  • Lead architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Define and maintain ServiceNow platform standards, architecture, and governance.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
  • Ensure platform performance, scalability, and security.
  • Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
  • Conduct code reviews and adhere to best practices.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow releases and new features, recommending adoption where appropriate.
  • Support incident, problem, and change management processes within ServiceNow.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including 3+ years in an architect role.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, and others.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and integrations.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules.
  • Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and web technologies (REST, SOAP, HTML, CSS).
