Are you a strategic thinker with deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture and platform strategy? We're looking for a ServiceNow Architect with 9+ years of experience to lead complex implementations and shape scalable enterprise solutions.

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid/Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview:

As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for defining platform architecture, overseeing implementation, and ensuring best practices across ServiceNow solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive platform governance, and enable enterprise-wide digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee ServiceNow enterprise architecture aligned with business and IT strategy.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, SecOps, or custom applications.
  • Define and enforce platform standards, best practices, and governance processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Guide development teams on architecture, integration, performance optimization, and security.
  • Manage platform upgrades, version control, and overall platform health.
  • Mentor ServiceNow developers and ensure adherence to architectural principles and coding standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 9+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture and solution design.
  • Deep knowledge of core modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, CSM, SecOps, or Custom Scoped Applications.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (client/server side), APIs (REST/SOAP), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
  • Experience in large-scale ServiceNow implementations and multi-instance environments.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL and enterprise service management.
  • ServiceNow certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) are mandatory; Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Performance Analytics, or Discovery.
  • Prior experience in leading architectural assessments and roadmap planning.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client engagement skills.
