Key Responsibilities


- Deliver architectural leadership to design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.

- Drive strategic roadmapping by developing and managing the ServiceNow platform roadmap, identifying opportunities for innovation, optimization, and expansion.

- Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow best practices, governance, security, and performance optimization. Ensure adherence to architectural standards and design principles.

- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to senior stakeholders, understanding their challenges and translating them into scalable and effective ServiceNow solutions.

- Define and oversee the integration strategy for ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, leveraging various integration technologies (APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, etc.).

- Establish and enforce platform governance policies, naming conventions, security configurations, and development guidelines.

- Mentor and guide development teams on architectural patterns, complex design challenges, and technical problem-solving.


Required Skills & Qualifications


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 10+ years of extensive experience in the ServiceNow platform, with a significant portion in an architectural or lead solution design capacity.

- Deep and broad architectural knowledge across multiple ServiceNow modules.

- Proven experience in designing and leading complex ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and migrations.

- Expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.

- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and ITIL principles.

- Demonstrated experience with various integration technologies and patterns (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub).

- Proficiency in JavaScript and other relevant web technologies.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to provide strategic direction.
