We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to drive awareness and engagement for our programs.
- This role involves building strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including school leaders, counselors, and academic heads, to promote our offerings.
- The successful candidate will represent us at career fairs, expos, workshops, webinars, and other relevant forums, positioning our brand as a top choice for business and tech education.
- They will execute region-specific outreach campaigns to attract the best talent from high schools across India, managing and nurturing relationships with various stakeholders along the way.
- Our ideal candidate will provide regional insights and feedback to help refine program offerings and communication strategies, maintaining a database of outreach activities and partnerships, and tracking effectiveness, leads generated, and conversion rates.
Key Requirements:
- A Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- 3–4 years of experience in outreach, admissions, partnerships, education consulting, or stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
- High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Comfortable with extensive travel as required.
