About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth onboarding of new candidates into our organization.

  • You will be responsible for managing a pipeline of up to 100 candidates with a view to convert 20+ hires to new starters per month.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the onboarding process from start to finish, ensuring that all necessary checks and documentation are completed correctly and efficiently.

  • Engage inbound applicants by responding to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support candidates through the onboarding process, ensuring they have access to all necessary information and resources.
  • Coordinate with Branch Managers and Regional Directors to complete any necessary risk assessments for candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including CQC requirements.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience as an administrator in an HR or Recruitment function.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
