Skills/Knowledge:
- Good experience of operations in the financial services industry with a focus on data processing and efficiency.
- Experience within the Group Operation department of an insurance company is mandatory.
- Experience in using databases and office management software, including word processors and spreadsheets proficiently.
- Strong leadership, team building, and influencing skills are essential for this role.
