Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Project Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations at civil construction sites.

This role ensures projects are executed efficiently, safely, and with high quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of construction processes, project management, and quality control standards.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise on-site activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project teams, manage resources, and maintain efficient workflows.
  • Oversee materials, equipment, and resources for timely project completion.
  • Conduct site inspections, assess potential risks, and implement safety measures.
  • Document daily project activities, progress, and any changes in project scope.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide support for on-site construction teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Site Engineer, preferably in civil or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management, and quality control standards.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
