Senior Project Coordinator

As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the successful execution of high-quality projects. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure a seamless experience throughout the project timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and understand detailed project plans across various disciplines.
  • Identify project risks and discrepancies, anticipating potential issues.
  • Validate and review work orders, bills of quantity (BOQs), and drawings to ensure accuracy.
  • Develop project schedules highlighting task interdependencies and coordinate with site supervisors.
  • Conduct regular on-site inspections and remote monitoring to maintain quality control.
  • Ensure that all project requirements are met, including quality and timeline standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and instructions to site teams.
  • Maintain timely site updates for customers and stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between designers and customers during the project's execution stage.
  • Update project trackers, summaries, and share weekly progress reports.
  • Assess data to identify performance bottlenecks, devise corrective solutions, and implement them end-to-end.
  • Maintain high-quality standards and adhere to checklists and work method statements.
  • Collaborate with internal functions on key initiatives such as SOPs and new ventures.
  • Nurture vendor relationships and address concerns in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Management Graduate or Construction Management degree from a reputable institution.
  • Strong background in Project Management, Engineering, or Architecture with at least 6 years of experience.
  • Deep understanding and appreciation of project coordination and execution.
  • Ability to assess project feasibility, visualize on-site conditions, and predict execution risks.
  • Process-driven professionals with quick problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive and capable of prioritizing work.
  • High level of ownership and learning aptitude.
  • Past experience in Project Management/Operations is essential for this role.
  • Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and possess strong data analysis skills.
