Job Opportunity:

The People Brand Ambassador plays a pivotal role in collaborating with business and providing regular people interventions.

Main Responsibilities:

Strategic Talent Acquisition
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
  • Lead hiring for key leadership roles, niche positions, and volume-based roles particularly in sales.
Employee Engagement & Retention
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and implement action plans to enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Address grievances, handle employee relations, and manage disciplinary procedures.
  • Develop strategies to reduce attrition rates especially among high-turnover segments such as insurance sales staff.
  • Provide induction training for new hires and oversee talent retention and development initiatives.
  • Identify training needs based on individual and business objectives.
  • Facilitate new hire assimilation and drive employee engagement initiatives.
Compliance & HR Operations
  • Ensure labor law compliance across branches within the region.
  • Oversee timely payroll inputs, onboarding/offboarding processes, and maintain accuracy of HRIS data.
  • Support internal audits, risk management, and statutory filings.
  • Handle governance, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain open communication with employees and foster a connected work environment.
Strategic HR Partnership
  • Collaborate with function heads and designated personnel to ensure effective planning and implementation of people strategies.
  • Coordinate efforts with teams across all centers in the country.
