Job Overview

As a Regional Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for managing regional administrative operations and team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Complete ownership of managing regional admin activities/operations.
  • Defining scope and KRAs of team members.
  • Coordinating with immediate management to develop strategic program goals.
  • Direct reporting to Zonal Admin Head on day-to-day activities, incident management etc.
  • Monitoring and reporting of key project activities, plans, and progress.
  • Managing calls and discussions.
  • End-to-end exam day and non-exam day administrative activities management and team coordination.
  • Ensuring zero incidents on Exam Day related to Admin Services.
  • Supporting recruitment, training, and talent development of team members.
  • Deploying control and monitoring mechanisms in the admin team within the region.
  • Training and development of the admin team within the region.
  • Standardizing processes at all Exam Venues.
  • Regional vendor management, supporting zonal head in finalizing contracts and vendor invoices.
  • Publishing regular dashboards on key performance parameters to zonal admin head and senior management on need basis.
  • Central point of contact for facility-related matters at the regional level.
  • Ensuring SLA/SLC at Exam Venues.
  • Overseeing VidZ/LISP partners, regular meetings, and closure of audit points.
  • Contract management.
  • Supporting shortlisting prospective partners/Venue identified by city head based on defined parameters within the region.
  • Maintaining and monitoring legal compliances for all venues.
  • Preparing and deploying contingency/BCP.
  • Conducting surprise checks at Exam Venues.
  • Handling crisis situations.
  • Coordinating and managing manpower agencies.
  • Conducting audits of Exam venues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication skills (written/verbal).
  • Technical knowledge of electrical equipment.
  • Experience in soft services facility management.
  • Facility operations and management experience.
  • Team management experience.
  • Conflict resolution experience.
  • Ability to work under extreme pressure.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Liaising with local government departments.
  • Awareness of laws related to facility compliance and operations.
  • Vendor management skills.
  • Ownership, responsibility, and accountability of assigned work.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc).
