Job Title: Operations Director

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our end-to-end issuance and fulfillment of new business. This role involves managing Work-in-Progress (WIP) management and key strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management: Strengthen relationships with distribution heads through regular engagement, monitoring, and improving performance.
  • Managing New Business: Ensure daily traction on WIP to meet monthly targets, drive WIP clearance through hub teams, and participate in regular governance calls with HUBs teams.
  • Data and Reporting: Deliver reports and analysis on various business parameters, enable distribution teams with data sets, reports, and dashboards, and work closely with internal departments on reports automation.
  • Control and Monitor Processes: Ensure compliance with regulatory norms, maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), document changes in existing processes, and process service requests according to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Projects and Continuous Improvement: Conduct benchmarking internally and externally to establish best-in-class delivery and quality standards, roll out new guidelines for distribution adherence.
  • People Management: Develop team members to perform effectively and efficiently.
