Job Title: Senior Residence Director

Position Overview:

A seasoned leader is sought to head the hostel operations team, manage key external partnerships, and serve as the central point of contact for student and parent-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

Hostel Operations Strategy:

* Develop and drive the overall hostel operations strategy, from move-ins to daily services to escalations.

Team Leadership:

* Lead a team of hostel managers, support staff, and vendor coordinators to ensure seamless, student-friendly operations.

Collaboration and Communication:

* Work closely with senior leadership and departments to align hostel policies with institutional goals.

Student and Parent Support:

* Act as the primary escalation point for student and parent concerns related to residential life.

Vendor Management:

* Oversee all third-party vendors and partners involved in housekeeping, security, food, and maintenance.

Culture and Community:

* Champion a positive residential culture — inclusive, respectful, and aligned with student well-being.

Continuous Improvement:

* Design initiatives to gather feedback, address grievances efficiently, and continuously improve the residential experience.

Reporting and Analysis:

* Present regular reports on hostel performance, grievances, service levels, and student satisfaction.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

* Track KPIs and use data-driven insights to improve processes and policies.
