Role Summary:

• The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, with expertise in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making.

1. Financial Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive financial plan that aligns with our business objectives.
2. Accounts & Financial Management: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
3. Fundraising & Investor Relations: Lead fundraising efforts to achieve our targets, including equity and debt fundraising.
4. Banking & Treasury Management: Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and loan negotiations to optimize working capital and cash flow management.
5. Audit & Compliance: Lead statutory, internal, and tax audits to ensure zero non-compliance and identify areas for improvement.
6. Taxation & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely filing of direct and indirect taxes, minimizing liabilities while remaining compliant.
7. Investments & Capital Management: Evaluate investment opportunities based on ROI and strategic alignment.
8. Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and lead high-performing finance and accounts teams to drive operational excellence.
