Senior Team Leader Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading a team of at least seven members to achieve daily deliverables and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will have expertise in client offerings and workstations, as well as strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain expertise in different client offerings and workstations within areas such as Fixed Income Analytics, Risk, Returns, etc.
  • Independently support client queries and provide detailed information on Fixed Income analytics, Returns, Terms and Conditions of Fixed Income instruments, etc.
  • Become an SME in end-to-end services operations support for clients, including workflows, data validation, and other processes ensuring daily deliverables are met.
  • Partner with regional and Global Leads, Managers, Directors of Operations, and stakeholders to effectively manage initiatives.
  • Drive operational efficiency by focusing on consistency between global teams.
  • Regularly present to regional and global teams, reviewing KPIs and key goals for the team.
  • Efficiently lead projects that adhere to standards and continuous operations improvements.
  • Act as a point of contact during shifts and be resourceful to support the team and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • A Postgraduate in MBA-Finance with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Experience in building effective business relationships with cross-functional/geographical teams.
  • Familiarity with Fixed Income products (Rates, Bonds, Credit, Foreign Exchange, Commodities) is required.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks through effective prioritization.

  • The ideal candidate will be flexible to work in a hybrid model.
