Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume a leadership role in infrastructure management. The successful candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing effective infrastructure strategies, encompassing both on-premise datacenter management and cloud deployments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Infrastructure Development: Create and implement a comprehensive infrastructure strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Infrastructure Review and Analysis: Conduct thorough reviews of existing infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and optimize efficiency.
  • Procurement and Inventory Management: Manage the procurement of software, hardware, and other IT supplies, while maintaining inventory management of software licenses, software, hardware, and other IT supplies.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Interact with senior management and peers to gain acceptance on alternate approaches and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Outsourced Team Management: Manage an outsourced team for daily operations and activities, driving performance and productivity.
  • Complex Problem-Solving: Provide solutions to complex business problems, requiring in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives and analysis of situations.
  • Disaster Recovery and Compliance: Perform live DR activities and drills periodically, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in infrastructure management, with expertise in both on-premise datacenter and cloud infrastructure.
  • Skills: Proficiency in program and project management, planning and executing infrastructure-related projects, and hands-on knowledge of server, storage, database, operating systems (Windows and Linux), and network.
