About This Role

As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for leading audits independently across various business areas, identifying trends, anomalies, and emerging risks. You will work closely with stakeholders to strengthen governance and business performance.

This is a position for someone who takes ownership, drives meaningful insights, and creates impact. The Audit Manager will report directly to the Head of Audit.

The role involves:

  • Designing and executing risk-based audit plans covering business processes, operations, IT systems, and governance.
  • Leveraging data analytics and business insights to identify trends, anomalies, and emerging risks—not just control gaps.
  • Leading end-to-end audits independently, ensuring depth, relevance, and actionable outcomes.
  • Engaging and coordinating with external vendors when required.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Providing assurance on management's compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
  • Reviewing the adequacy of controls across the customer lifecycle, operations, technology, and vendor/outsourced processes.
  • Sharing proactive insights with business teams on compliance requirements and regulatory changes.
