Job Title: Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to lead our Direct Tax team.

  • Tax Audit
  • TDS Return
  • Tax Compliance
  • Forms 3CA, 3CB, and 3CD
  • Income Tax Return (ITR)
  • TDS Provisions
  • Income Tax Regulations
  • Corporate Tax Audits
  • Monthly TDS payment calculations & payments
  • Quarterly TDS Return Filing
  • Quarterly Advance Tax Calculations
  • Preparing and Filing ITR
  • Preparing Current Tax and Deferred Tax Workings
  • Form 26AS vs TDS reconciliation
  • Handling Litigation matters
  • Filing form 15CA/ CB

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Sound knowledge of TDS provisions, Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing audit, and tax litigation.
  • Minimum 10+ year of experience in handling tax audit, Transfer Pricing audit, TDS matters, and tax litigations.

About the Role:

The Deputy Manager will play a key role in leading our Direct Tax team and ensuring compliance with all relevant tax regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in taxation and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Direct Tax team
  • Ensure compliance with all tax regulations
  • Develop and implement tax strategies
  • Provide guidance and support to team members
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in tax audit, Transfer Pricing audit, TDS matters, and tax litigations
  • Strong knowledge of TDS provisions, Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing audit, and tax litigation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
