Job Description

This role is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing and managing end-to-end revenue cycle management (RCM) processes. The Associate Director will be in charge of developing innovative strategies to improve business delivery, establishing pilot A/R processes, and devising strategies to enhance collections.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of downstream revenue cycle offices, including Payment Posting, AR Followup/Denial Management, and Patient Billing. They must also have expertise in various provider specialties, the ability to ensure portfolio meets client and internal performance benchmarks, and develop management capabilities and business acumen in direct reporters.

Additionally, this role requires experience in executing policies, processes, and procedures of the organization, demonstrating leadership skills with experience managing 5-10 teams, and exceling in verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 14+ years of experience in End-to-End RCM Process.
  • Either an Associate Director or a minimum of 2 years as Senior Manager.
  • Experience handling a team of 150+
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to organize human resources.
  • Willingness to work night shifts.
  • Expertise with MS Office tools like PowerPoint and Excel.
